Jusqu'a Handstamps & Other Route Indications
This website is based on the book by Mr. Jan C. ter Welle. He has continued the work started by Ian McQueen and developed the subject further as well as organised the markings in logical sequence. I came into contact with Mr. ter Welle some years ago. One thing led to another and he assigned rights to me to reproduce his book and enhance the scope. I have also scanned many covers with these markings and hyperlinked the images. I have also created a special India section as this is a subject of my study Your Feedback is Important to Us. The transfer to digital format was manually done so mistakes may have cropped up. I request visitors to write to me at [email protected] with feedback.
